This recipe was made with John I. Hass' HBC630 hop in mind. While 630 is known as an area code in Illinois, the hop is better known for complex and fruity flavors with creamy notes of peach or banana also present.
Suitable yeasts for this recipe are Omega's OYL-004 or S-05 Dry Yeast
