Whirlfloc Tablets

A clarifying agent used in the boil.  Whirlfloc tablets are a compressed tablet of a blend of Irish Moss and Carrageenan that attracts haze causing proteins and takes them with it as the Whirlfloc settles out resulting in a much clearer beer.
