Named for a town just north of the ancestral home of Irish Red Ale, our Castlecomer Irish Red Ale embraces the roots of this classic style. Maris Otter and Roasted Barley make up the malt bill, with enough EKG thrown in to balance the sweetness of the malts.
This is a classic ale with a red hue and toasty flavor. It finishes quickly, has a great taste, and has an ABV that encourages many pints with friends.
