All the ingredients you need to brew 5 gallons of a crisp Mexican Cerveza.

The absolute perfect summer lager.  Add a pinch of salt and a lime, you'll swear you can hear the waves.  Unless you actually can hear the waves.  Then I'm just jealous.

This is a Lager recipe and will need to be fermented at colder temps so feel free to either us a Kveik yeast and make a pseudo Lager or pick up a Delta Brewing Systems Fermtank with a Heating and Chilling kit to give you full control over the temperature of your fermentation.
