BlackSwaen Chocolate Barley brings a deeper aroma to dark beers, as well as dark colors. A highly roasted malt with a deep brown color to adjust shade and imparts a nutty, toasted flavor.

Provides less bitterness than Black Malt and is also lighter in color.
