This NEIPA has plenty of Citra and Sabro hops to bring you all the tropical hop flavors you expect from a hazy IPA with a malt bill to support them. Packing a total of 13 oz of hops, this beer is a treat for the taste buds.
This recipe was created with Omega Yeast Labs Cosmic Punch Ale Yeast in mind. We added 1 oz of Cascade into the mash and found that the beer displayed some impressive, fruity aromas once fermentation finished. These aromas seemed more vibrant compared to the same beer but using Omega's British V yeast.
